Below is a little about AgVita which describes some of the analytical work that we do. AgVita is a truly independent agricultural Laboratory based in Devonport, servicing all regions of Australia. We specialize in a variety of plant, soil, water and hydroponic solution analyses, and has been operating since 1984. Recently we moved into a new state of the art facility. AgVita is ASPAC and ISO accredited, and involved in rigorous inter-lab proficiency testing.
We analyse hydroponic solutions (drip/drain etc), irrigation and spray water, with results available on the same day that samples arrive at the laboratory. All results are reported in easy to read templates. As a special offer to Flower Industry Australia Members, a comprehensive AQ18 Hydroponics analysis will cost members only $68 +gst. We are happy to supply complementary sample bottles, just contact the friendly staff.
We also specialise in plant petiole tests, which also have a same day turn-around (AgVita has a large range of guidelines to compare your plant analytical results against)
Soil tests are either same day (for available N) or within 5 working days (guaranteed for Express Soil). A variety of tests for different nutrients and parameters are available on demand – from simple N, P, K to a full suite of major/ minor and trace elements along with critical parameters like pH, EC, ESP, CEC%, carbon fractions, base saturation and so on.
Sample label books can also be sent to members, or alternatively download submission from the AgVita web page. Please ensure notification of Flower Industry Australia membership on labels and email address allowing the forwarding of results. Accounts are 30 days from invoice.
