Membership Benefits

Connect

All our members receive access to regular email updates to connect you with all the latest flower industry news and information. All members receive a company profile included in the FIA directory and featured advertising across the FIA platforms. FIA membership assists our members to network with other producers, florists, create lasting relationships with flower industry partners, and foster strong and friendly connections with State associations and organisations.

Educate

Our members are supported with access to relevant industrial relations information. Most importantly, FIA aims to increase awareness about local and Australian grown flowers to improve the long-term sustainability of the Australian flower industry, and assist customers to choose “Australian Grown” through awareness campaigns and point of sale education and resources.

Advocate

Flower Industry Australia plays an important role in representing and advocating for flower industry growers and retailers, at both National and State levels, on issues affecting the industry. Membership contributions assist FIA to advocate for strict biosecurity and clean import practices to reduce risks for Australian growers. FIA is also advocating and working towards the introduction of country of origin labelling, and new products to easily identify Aussie Grown flowers.

Flower Industry Australia is the National representative body for Australian flower growers and retailers, advocating for our members across the industry.

Flower Industry Australia is governed by a board of appointed directors who are either growers, retailers and/or in possession of skills deemed beneficial to the Flower Industry in Australia.
